Focused primarily on non-operated, asset-level investments, Jumar partners with skilled operators to provide capital to support their growth or liquidity goals.
Operators sitting on large amounts of inventory of drilling locations (20-40 years in most cases)
Companies have been unable or unwilling to raise traditional capital, e.g., equity is limited, lending sources are tighter and more restrictive
Lack of reasonable A&D market is providing limited ability or value to monetize assets
As a result, operators are in need of innovative capital solutions to unlock the value in their assets
